Professional Development Journal (Goal Setting)

As part of my study I have created resources to support people who are data and goal driven and want to grow in the teaching profession. The pages for your life or careers can be found in this journal. The pages are to get you to think about your students, where you are in your career within education and what you can do as a professional to grow and find strength in your skills as you find the right trainings and PD activities that will support what you are teaching NOW not just learning from or attending generalized or cookie cutter trainings or district led activities. As part of this new series there will be 4 already in the works e-books and videos on Professional development in the teaching field that are centered on the holistic teacher (as professional, Independent, goal setter) approach based on the research from the work of Sancar et al. (2021).
