Procrastination Stations Middle High School Avid Study Skills Elective EDITABLE

What educators are saying
Description
Why do we procrastinate? This lesson helps students figure out how to combat distractions and prioritize their tasks. It is a rotation through 10 stations that present scenarios of procrastination. It is perfect for an avid study skills elective (or any elective), an RSP or ELD class, or even a general ELA or math class where you notice procrastination is an issue. All middle school or junior high kids need this! It could easily be fitting in high school too. There is a little prep with the tasks at each station. Like a few need dice, one needs a stress ball, and one needs playing cards. These slides are completely editable, so you can edit the "task" to fit the readily available items you have on hand. There is a spot on each slide for students to answer the questions, but you could also print the sheet to have kids travel and fill it out as they go through the stations. I have done it both ways and I actually think them traveling with their Chromebook is easiest. Please contact me if you have questions after your purchase!
I also have numerous Avid lessons for the elective (or upper elementary) if you are an avid teacher and would like to save time!
