Description

Description: These activities (Washington’s Farewell Address and Gettysburg Address) are meant to be used singularly or as a pair. Many school districts have mandated “some” activity to be completed around this holiday. It is difficult to plug in this time frame when history teachers are already on the Great Depression or further.

Both lessons, used as a pair or individually are designed to use as a supplement to my S.M.A.R.T. document analysis lesson currently found FREE on TPT (Fooling Around With Social Science). Therefore, even away from the time frame, it can be used as a skill builder. The lessons will be detailed using them both together, but feel free to use them as you will.
