Presidential 45 in 15 Challenge

This is the same product, but in Word format to allow you to edit the items and time for students. Presidents' Day fun. Short lesson challenging students to find presidential firsts, match dates to find the person who was president when history happened, and use logic skills to narrow answers down to the correct choice when the information might not match perfectly. This is a way to quickly review/learn/introduce U.S. presidents and history to make for an interesting Presidents' Day. It is designed to be adaptable for use with grades 5 through 12. You can give more time for younger students to complete the challenge and take away some of the resources if necessary for older students. It is also designed as a cooperative learning lesson with students completing the sheet themselves, but free to ask peers for help as they attempt to be the first ones to take the scrambled presidents off the wall as answers and then share their knowledge.
