Preschool skill assessment form & flashcards (shapes, colors, letters, numbers)

This one page assessment covers all the basic pre-school cognitive skills in an easy to record format that can be used to quickly assess students' skills and send home to parent for progress reporting. Also included is a great set of basic skills flashcards to be used with the assessment and also for skill practice throughout the year.

The flashcard set includes shapes, colors, numbers (2 sets- one with colored dots to practice counting and one with just the number) and letters (upper & lowercase.)

Shapes: square, rectangle, circle, triangle, heart, star, diamond, hexagon, octagon, oval, crescent

Colors: red, orange, green, blue, yellow, purple, black, white, pink, grey, brown

Numbers: 1-20

Letters: uppercase and lowercase

Flashcards can be used in many ways besides just with the assessment:

-identification practice

-writing practice (copy words or letters)

-matching games (print out two copies of cards)
