✏️ Tracing can help children develop fine motor skills, which can aid them with other tasks, such as learning to write. It also helps students with developmental disabilities to develop math and language skills. Other benefits of tracing include improvement in hand/eye coordination, dexterity and spatial awareness.

There are two printing options in this tracing set:

1. Color - perfect for individual home use

2. Blackline - ideal for classroom use and high printing quantities

Before becoming a teacher, I was a graphic designer for Disney (specializing in typography and layout). Many other tracing worksheets out there do not meet the appropriate size, scale, spacing, and proportions needed for success with proper fine motor skill development. For our youngest learners, the actual design of the worksheet is as important as the content. I designed these tracing worksheets to include anchor points which encourages the student to stay on the line and complete the detailed strokes needed for their next step - handwriting.
