Preschool Curriculum:
Looking for a year long plan for your preschool or PreK? This curriculum has it all! Each month (September - May) has a focus color, shape, pattern, numbers and letters. Each week has example lesson plans to follow, with flexibility to add in your own themes, or supplement with my preschool theme packs. There are no prep pages to practice each skill, hands-on activities to practice the focus letters, mini books to create, and more.
Focus Board- Each month includes posters for the focus letters, numbers, shape, color, and pattern. Add these posters to a bulletin board.
Letters- Each week has a focus letter tied into an overall theme. There are no prep pages to practice letter sounds, tracing the letter, a letter mini book, and real life pictures. There are also pin poke, dot marker, stamp a letter, q-tip painting letter pages, build the letter with blocks, play dough, and math cubes.
Patterns- Each month has a focus pattern. There are no prep pages to practice, as well as a pattern mat (use seasonal manipulatives or mini erasers) to practice the pattern.
Colors- Each month has a few focus colors. There is a color mini book each month, as well as a roll and color page.
Numbers- Each week has a number focus. There is a number mini book and no prep pages. Explore numbers with number mats as you build numbers with cubes, pom poms, and play dough.
Shapes- Each month has a shape focus. There are no prep shape pages as well as shape mats to practice building each shape.
Week 4 is always a flex week each month. Use this week to extend a theme, or review skills.
