What educators are saying

This was a fun and engaging way to have students practice their multisyllabic words. First I tested the students using the assessment to place students in small groups. The students loved playing the games and interacting with their group members while playing.

    WHAT OTHER TEACHERS ARE SAYING...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was great for stations! My kids really enjoy being able to match up the words with their definitions. It was a super helpful resource for prefixes/suffixes learning. - Caitlyn S.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My students LOVE this activity. I had them fold a sheet of paper to create 8 squares. They wrote the word on one side and the meaning on the other side. I printed the words in color and laminated the cards. Students practiced with their own created cards, then were able to work with the classroom cards at which time they created their own slam game, smacking the cards when they knew the answer. Thanks for sharing this activity!!! -Mary C.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've enjoyed using this resource during reading workshop for my students to review the different prefixes and suffixes. -Epic in Elementary
