    Description

Ready Made Notes: 17 two-sided pages

$25 value reduced to $16 for first 10 purchases.

    • Ready-made, homework support

    • Originally designed for use with remedial students

    • Meets the accommodation needs of special education and 504 students

Math teachers seem to have an innate ability to see mathematical relationships and patterns. This Is not the case for the majority of the population and certainly not for struggling learners. Slow learners and learning-disabled students often need to see, hear, and understand the concepts and related skills ten or more times before mastery occurs. Only then can they apply their learning to real-world, problem-solving situations.

    Recommended uses include:

    • Homework support: Parents having resources they can refer their children to and use themselves.
    • Note taking modifications: Great for students with visual, auditory, memory, or processing speed deficits.
    • In-class support: Notes can be printed two-sided (two sets per page), laminates, hole punched, and put on book rings to create class sets.
    • Special Education and 504 accommodations & modifications: These are great for confidence building. I allowed my struggling learners to use the notes in class, during DOLs, for minor quizzes and tests, and for homework. This was one way to ensure they had multiple learning opportunities prior to semester and end-of-year testing. As a result, my students consistently blew district and state averages for struggling learners out of the water.

Sold separately the notes sell for $1.50 per page. The bulk set provides the buyer with great savings and life long classroom resource.

Print each set two-sided to conserve paper (1 paper makes two sets of notes)

Recommend laminating, cutting along dotted line, hole punching one corner, and creating class sets that are kept on book rings.

Purchase entitles the individual teacher or household to reproduce copies of black-line masters. Reproduction for an entire school, district, or multiple households is prohibited.

note: samples pages do not fill entire page but actual downloaded pdfs do

Use place value understanding to round multi-digit whole numbers to any place.
Recognize that in a multi-digit number, a digit in one place represents 10 times as much as it represents in the place to its right and 1/10 of what it represents in the place to its left.
Read, write, and compare decimals to thousandths.
    Read and write decimals to thousandths using base-ten numerals, number names, and expanded form, e.g., 347.392 = 3 × 100 + 4 × 10 + 7 × 1 + 3 × (1/10) + 9 × (1/100) + 2 × (1/1000).
Compare two decimals to thousandths based on meanings of the digits in each place, using >, =, and < symbols to record the results of comparisons.
