Practice creating business balance and income statements

In this activities students can practice creating business balance and income statements for three years worth of data. Then students will be asked to do financial ratio calculations that can be further analyzed to determine the health of the business. If you want to further enhance the activity you can share it with your students as an excel or google sheets documents so they can calculate it using spreadsheets. It reinforces students ability to figure on assets, liabilities, expenses, and revenue and how the two reports interlink to each other.
