Description
This is a "SUPER FUN" way to teach the powers of Congress to a high school government class. My students have always thoroughly enjoyed this lesson. The zip file includes a 10-slide PowerPoint presentation detailing the main powers of Congress (see preview), student and teacher notes, and the follow-up assignment, "Congress (Wo)Man". This assignment allows the students to turn the powers of Congress into "super powers" that can defeat villains. A fun way to learn about the legislative branch, FULLY PREPPED and ready to go!
