Portuguese Winter - O Inverno

This winter set is perfect for learning about winter in Portuguese!

Included in this winter set is a vocabulary list, a matching worksheet, a memory game, and a writing worksheet.

Vocabulary words included: hat, jacket, socks, sweater, boots, gloves, snowman, ice, cold, snow, cloud, tree, hot chocolate, snow angel

Playing the memory game: Print the cards (pg. 5-9) and cut them out. Mix the cards and flip them over on a flat surface. Have students take turns, choosing two cards. During their turn, students have to say the picture and read the word they choose.

Writing Worksheet: Students can write 3 sentences about winter using the vocabulary words. Then, students can draw one of their sentences.

This bundle also includes the practice of the terms 'o' and 'a' with each vocabulary word, which is extremely important when using the Portuguese language.

Vocabulário incluído: o chapéu, o casaco, as meias, o pulôver, as botas, as luvas, o boneco de neve, o gelo, o frio, a neve, a nuvem, a árvore, o chocolate quente, o anjo de neve.

Jogo da memória: Imprima os cartões (pg. 5-9) e corte-os. Baralha as cartas e vire-as sobre uma superfície. Peça aos alunos para jogarem à vez, e escolher dois cartões. Durante a sua vez, os alunos têm de dizer a imagem e ler a palavra que escolherem.

Ficha de Escrita: Os alunos podem escrever 3 frases sobre o inverno usando o vocabulário do inverno. Os alunos depois podem desenhar uma das suas frases.
