This presentation is fully editable in Google Slides, and the student note-taking guide is fully editable in Google Docs.
This activity can be completed in a traditional face to face class (with internet and computer access), and it is also well suited for an online distance learning format. This is a presentation that relates appropriate portion sizes to everyday objects. I have found this to be a great visual aide in my Lifetime Wellness Classes.
Included in the Presentation are also multiple links to video segments and online resources for the students to explore and use interactive quizzes on various websites.
