Important Note: Google Slides Version Now Included (3/3/20)
I've added a version on Google Slides so that your students can fill out the information digitally. I have not included the lesson or answer key pages in this - it is just the posters and any pages that students would have to fill in. You'll find the link to the Google Docs version on page 3. If you are assigning this in Google Classroom, remember to set it so that each student receives their own copy of the document, so that they can each edit their own.
