My principal came to me weeks before school started asking me if I could pick up an elective course for our huge 8th grade class. I took on the challenge as he said I could make it whatever I wanted to be, so I went with podcasts!

These lessons are heavy in listening and speaking standards while also being loose, fun, and creative. There is a variety of podcasts from arguing sides, learning about weird news stories, or discovering new food combinations!
