Description

Plants: these plant photo flashcards have been designed to support classroom teaching.

They can be used for wall displays, vocabulary development activities, or as a stimulus for discussions such as, "What part of a plant is this...? / How do bees pollinate flowers...? / What are different methods of seed dispersal...? / What have you learned about....?"

Please note that all of the photographs used are high quality, royalty free and available freely in the public domain.

- roots of parsley, tree, leak and a hanging plant
- leaves belonging to lotus, maple, oak and a nettle plant
- petals from a rose, sunflower and tulip
