Stop searching for all your plant lessons! This unit includes all of our plant growth and changes lessons and activities. They only take moments to prep but will have students learning for hours. Some of the topics included are plant uses, needs, plant parts and functions, life cycles, seed dispersal, and propagation.

    This plant unit bundle includes:

    • a set of basic lessons with instructions to easily modify for your students.
    • lessons and activities that teach: uses of plants, needs of plants, plant growth and changes (observation journal), parts of plants and their functions, plant cells, life cycles, seed dispersal, propagation, plant communities, classification, special needs of unique plants.
    • a set of experiments your students can use to get hands-on experience with the scientific method while observing plants grow and change. These are great for teaching students the needs of plants.

    • answer keys and suggested answers.
    • photographs of student examples.
    • support materials: reading passages to help teach the concepts, set of art projects to integrate science and art, a collaborative poster, editable flashcards and editable word wall words.
    • unit review activities: interactive review game that uses Google Slides, a creative thinking activity to wrap up the unit (Design a Plant).
    • a bonus unit plan.

Some of these resources require Internet access or books about plants.

Ninja Note: No plants or seeds are included with this bundle. You need to have access to plants for some of the activities.
