Physical and Chemical Lesson Plan

This lesson plan provides a lesson for the children to do an activity that allows them to identify the difference between physical and chemical changes. The activity includes a short, simple experiment that can be done in any classroom with the right equipment. A worksheet is provided for the children to complete at the end of the lesson and there are also pictures of examples to show the students so they have abbetter understanding of physical and chemical changes. I have taught this lesson myself to a group of first graders and they seemed to enjoy it and grasp the concept.
