The PE Alphabet Word Wall is a great resource that helps incorporate literacy in the Physical Education Classroom. All words have an image to go with it that helps to explain the word so it is great for all students, and especially our younger students and ESL students.
Inside the main PDF file you will find 26 letters that are on sports balls along with 191 terms. Most of the letters have 6+ words with the exception of K, N Q, W, X, Y and Z. All pages are 8 1/2 by 11!
This is great for a large gym wall and YOUR PRINCIPAL WILL LOVE THIS!!
Included is an editable powerpoint which includes all the different color backgrounds with a common font that can be edited.
The Physical Education Word Wall is a great way to discuss commonly used PE terms for students from Grade 1 and up! You can add any words you like to completely personalize it.
