Description
Sometimes we just need a simple way to engage our students in thinking about the text in front of them.
Here is a very simple lesson - or series of lessons - you can use with your Drama class that outlines how to investigate a script, looking for clues, how to break down a character, and how to perform it on stage.
Included is everything you need - the script, the worksheets, the lesson plan. These have even been turned into an Easel activity, if that is your preferred interactive format. The lesson - which can be run as a series of lessons if you have younger or more inexperienced performers - comes with extension activities to take the task further. Everything is ready to be printed or shared on Google Classroom (or other LMS)
