Phonics Skill Assessments

This product is perfect to use as formative assessments for skills taught in reading groups and to evaluate effectiveness of weekly interventions. It includes 36 assessments on basic phonics skills and multisyllabic words. It is perfectly aligned to the Core Phonics Survey to help you assess students after providing personalized instruction in each of the Core Phonics areas. It includes a student test paper for the student to read from, as well as, a teacher recording sheet to record students' assessment scores. The table of contents shows you which lessons are included in each Core Phonics area. Finally, there is a class tracking sheet to help you keep track of which students need specific skills to help making skilled groupings easier.
