Description

Use these to lead chants and introduce new sounds during morning meeting, change your pdf print settings (instructions in preview) to print 4 charts per a page for playing concentration, go fish, or to use in other phonics activities. Other ideas include using these for word walls or as references in literacy centers. You can use these during guided reading as a teaching tool. You can also project this pdf on the board with a projector and scroll through them (Sorry, but due to copyright restrictions on some of the clip art, I am only able to offer these in a secured pdf format.) These can also be used as alphabet charts or also known as alphabet posters for the wall. These are so versatile for building phonemic awareness.

These are the same charts from my Sound Charts & Chants set, just without the backgrounds to save ink and offer a different design option.

Sound Charts and Chants consists of 121 charts covering 121 phonological sounds. Here is a short vowel sample here.

Example of Chants: optimistic octopus o-o-o, treasure trunk tr-tr-tr, crown on a clown ow-ow-ow

****************************************************************************

Includes:

-Chant List

-121 Sound Charts in Lined Before Cursive Font with chant prompts on front (ex. treasure trunk, crown on a clown, etc.) in full paper size

-Directions on how to print 4 sound cards per a page to have some game cards and flash cards (in the preview too)

Sounds Covered:

-Alphabet Sounds

-R Blends

-L Blends

and More!

Please note, these do still contain color, and the statement "save ink" offers no warranties to actually save ink. It is simply called this because it should save ink in comparison to my other Sound Charts and Chants set, which have colorful chevron corkboard backgrounds.
