Persuasive Appeals - logos, pathos, ethos - notes and superhero activity

Introduce your students to persuasive appeals: logos, pathos, and ethos. Easy for students to take notes from, this presentation breaks down the three appeals- how to use them and examples of each. At the end of the lesson, students engage in a guided practice activity using the appeals. Every year, my students love this activity (it involves superheroes and saving the world) and they get great practice using all three appeals.
