Persuasive - Advertising Placemat

I have created this persuasive advertising placemat, or poster, to help facilitate students understanding of visual, language and persuasive devices authors purposefully use to create effective persuasive texts.
I have had great success with my students, using the placemat to identify features and devices used by authors in a variety of texts.
ALL AUTHORS PERSUADE THE READER - WHETHER IT BE A NARRATIVE, POEM, ADVERTISING OR INFORMATION TEXT.
