Personal Hygiene Task Card Scoot Activity
Students will respond to 30 personal hygiene related "True or False?" prompts in this engaging, movement-based classroom task card scoot activity. Scatter the 30 task cards around the room and give each student a response grid. Students will read each prompt and circle whether they think the statement is true or false.
Personal Hygiene Student Workbook and Activities
Students will learn how to take care of their bodies to help themselves stay healthy and clean with a fun, "Hygiene Submarine" themed workbook. They'll learn to identify the products and tools they'll need for proper hand-washing, tooth-brushing, and more! The workbook also briefly introduces personal space, self-respect, and respect for others.
"My students loved the theme of the submarine expedition. They were very engaged." - Jennifer A.
Hygiene flyer
This simple, no-prep printable reminds parents to ensure their child is bathing daily and wearing clean clothing. There are 2 color versions (one also includes a reminder about wearing deodorant), as well as a black/white ink-friendly version of each. Print on brightly-colored paper and tuck in their take-home folders!
Student hygiene contract
Use this contract to help your student commit to bathing/showering regularly, wearing deodorant, and wearing clean clothing each day. Students can choose whether they will take a bath or a shower and can highlight which days of the week they will bathe. (Over time, you can increase the goal to daily.) The contract includes 2 versions (2 skin color options on the clipart), and one black/white ink-friendly option.
