    Description

In this Personal Gain Learning Social Skills Behavior Story Bundle you will get the following Stories:

    1. Rusty the Greyhound: Sometimes We Have To Wait - Social Skills Behavior Stories - SEL
This is a fun behavior story about little birds who chirp so loudly that it hurts Rusty’s ears. Rusty uses his words to ask the birds to be quiet. He reassures them that their mommy will be back soon. This behavior story helps students remember how to use their words when things bother them.
    2. Rusty the Greyhound: Accepting Consequences - Social Skills Behavior Story - SEL
Rusty learns that it’s not ok to take his frustrations out on his friends and their toys. When he knocks his friend’s tower over, he’s asked to move away from the play area and take a timeout. Timeouts are no fun, and Rusty is sad. But once he’s calmed down, he moves to a new play area and accepts the consequences of his actions.
    3. Rusty the Greyhound: Accepting NO - Social Skills Behavior Story - SEL
Rusty doesn’t like being told ‘no’, and will even take his friend’s toys while they’re playing with them. He learns that taking turns is the best way to play with his friends and that there are other toys to play with while he’s waiting. Learn 5 fun ways to wait until it’s your turn to play!
    4. Rusty the Greyhound: Learning Personal Accountability - Social Skills Behavior Story - SEL
When Rusty accidentally breaks a window at home, he blames it on his friend Polar. But then he has a funny feeling in his belly - Polar is going to be in trouble for something that he didn’t do! Rusty admits that he broke the window, and although his parents are mad that he lied, they’re happy that he took responsibility.
    5. Rusty the Greyhound: Learning to Stay Positive - Social Skills Behavior Story - SEL
Rusty is having a lot of trouble using scissors to make something for his mom. Every time he does it wrong, he gets more and more upset. But Rusty believes in himself and keeps trying anyway. When his teacher showed him how to hold the scissors correctly, he completes the project!
    6. Rusty the Greyhound: Always Tell The Truth - Social Skills Behavior Story - SEL
Accidents happen, but it’s never ok to lie about it. Rusty is worried that he will get into trouble for breaking his iPad, so he doesn’t tell his mom. His mom is mad because she knows that Rusty is lying and gives him another chance to tell the truth.

This will be a growing bundle. As I create more stories about personal gain, I will add them to this bundle, and the cost will go up. If you buy now you will get any new stories for free! All you have to do is re-download it. I will not guarantee how often I add stories since I create them as my students need a particular story. I will post when a new story is added to my social media sites: www.RustyTheGreyhound.com, and I will send a message on TpT.

Now With Comprehension Questions and Boom Card Learning Included!

As your students read or are read the story, there will be questions for them to answer. These questions will help to reinforce the concept that is being taught.

You will get two versions of the story. One version will be the story; the other will have the comprehension questions as you are reading the story.

The Adventures of Rusty the Greyhound are a series of Behavior Stories to help your students learn to make good choices. These simple stories show Rusty in different situations and strategies he used to make a good choice. Rusty's problems in these behavior stories are the same problems that your students will face every day. Your students can learn from Rusty the Greyhound Behavior Stories to make better choices in the future!
