Personal Business Card PBL & Personal Branding Lesson Kit - Career & Business

This hands-on mini lesson & mini project is the perfect way to students to learn about personal branding, digital footprints, and basic design skills. Students reflect on their own personal brand with a discussion post and create a personal business card. This fun PBL activity is an excellent way to start or end the year or fill a two hour opening any time of year! The 2 hour RESOURCE INCLUDES:

1. 3 page UBD lesson plan with detailed 2 hour timeline
2. 10 PPT class slides to introduce personal branding,
3. Video link for Edpuzzle (alternatively, watch 5 part video series on design fundamentals on YouTube)
4. A discussion post
5. 3 page project instructions with grading rubric and example
6. MOS Publisher business card template (alternatively, Canva.com can be used for free)
