Description

This 6-page activity with a student graphic organizer provides students with an
accessible set of sources that narrate the history of Peronism in Argentina. Through this historical inquiry, students begin by reading from Juan Domingo Peron himself, and then see how Peronism occurred in different waves throughout Argentinean history, from 1946 to the recent government of President Alberto Fernandez that culminated in 2023. Students will learn about modern Argentinean history through this great exercise in history and political science.

It's the perfect activity for a Latin American Studies, World History, Comparative Government, or other social studies course in high school.
