Perimeter, Area & Circles - Complete Unit of Work

In this unit students will learn how to find the area and perimeter of shapes. They will start by looking at rectangles, triangles, parallelograms and trapezia, including compound shapes made of these components. Students will then move on to circles, learning the properties of circles and how to find circumference and area, including of arcs and sectors and compound shapes involving circles and parts of circles.
