Description
This resource provides a description of a peer walk through, including the purpose, what is it, what it is not and the steps for the walk through. Included is also 2 page peer walk through form with 1 page for notes, “take-aways” and constructive feedback.
I used this for professional development to have teacher walk through their peers’ classroom to share ideas and instructional practices. It was very successful! This form took away the teachers’ anxiety as to what was being observed and how the observation was documented.
After the peer observation was done the forms were handed right to the teacher for immediate feedback. This is Word Document so any of the items or wording can be changed to fit your school’s needs.
All feedback and questions are welcome. Thanks for checking out my store!
