Patriot’s Day Little Book and Flag Craft

September 11 …. for kindergarten and preschool children should highlight the dedication that our “HEROS” give every day to keep us safe.

The America Flag is a symbol of the freedom that we hold dear because of those that fought for us.

This is a very simple Little Book identifying the colors of the American Flag. My students are usually 4 or 5 when I use this little book and flag project to reinforce coloring, printing, cutting, and gluing. When they finish the Little Book, they take it home to read to mom and dad.

We sing “American the Beautiful” using sign language at our school assembly and it touches the hearts of everyone.

If you need an easy and quick project for your 9/11 .. this is pefect!
