How to use this book?

• Guided Reading Groups & Small Groups - Use this book as a tool for guided reading practice in the classroom with assistance from instructor.
• Whole Group Read Aloud - Display the book onto a projector and model reading the book as a whole group read aloud.
• Additional Practice / Homework: Print and send book home with students to allow students access to books at home, and for additional practice.

Suggested Guided Reading Level: B

1. Repetition: This book contains a repetitive pattern that begins each page, "I can," or "Yo puedo."
2. Short Syllables: This book contains a mix of short syllables and multi-syllabic words that require the reader to use their decoding skills.
