Description

If you are looking for a fun and interactive activity to learn the functions of different parts of the brain, these cootie catchers (aka fortune tellers) are just what you are looking for. Your students will have fun quizzing each other and playing with these foldables. Even high school seniors have fun with cootie catchers. I included blank versions if you want students to fill out the functions (great homework assignment, grade recovery, detention assignment, or work to leave with a substitute).

How To Fold My Product (Cootie Catcher aka Fortune Teller)

If you are studying for your MCAT (Medical College Admission Test) to go to medical school, about 20% of MCAT questions are on Behavioral Sciences. 8% of all Behavioral Science questions are on the functions of different parts of the brain. This is a great product to make your review ACTIVE instead of passive (this pairs well with Anki review cards from Mile's Deck). Have a relative or friend quiz you using this foldable!

This is also great for any pre-med clubs, Future Doctor Clubs, and specialty medicine classes in middle and high school! If you are running a summer school camp, you could use this as an activity before dissecting a specimen and exploring their nervous system.

I recommend this company for dissections (cheaper than other companies my school has used, good quality, and reliable shipping dates): https://biologyproducts.com/preserved-specimens/
