What is Included?

Printable or Digital? My Experience:
I used the printable version of the full page conference sheet for the majority of my career. I filled in the info that would apply for all students and then made copies for my whole class. After filling them out, I made copies of them all. One copy went home with families and I saved the other copy for my records.
I switched over to the digital versions (on Google Slides™) for the last few years and I found that to be so convenient! I was able to edit the reports anywhere I had access to a device and there was no chance of losing any of them. I then printed a copy for families. There was no need to keep one on file because it was saved digitally.
If you are strictly a paper person, I suggest giving the Google Slides™ version a try because it was a game changer for me!
Mini Progress Reports:
The mini progress reports are meant to be printed (there are two per sheet). These are super quick to fill out and best of all, families found them easy to read.
Please Note:
- I have included forms that have the same text as mine and a set of forms that have editable text throughout the entire document for you to customize. Please choose the one that fits your needs the best.
- You will need PowerPoint™ or Google Slides™ in order to edit these forms.
- Editable means that the TEXT is customizable. You cannot remove or change the clip art on them.
