Parent Feedback on Student Writing- Graphic Organizer

Get parents involved in their student's writing with this take-home feedback sheet. Use it as a take-home revision assignment to polish up final drafts. The organizer gives students directions on how to handle the assignment and leaves room for 3 areas of critique. It asks for feedback on the clarity of ideas, something positive in the writing, and leaves an area for students to ask their parent to focus on.
