What educators are saying

Students loved the challenge! When teachers saw it everyone was asking where they could purchase a copy! So well done!
Awesome worksheet. Used version 1 for homework practice and used versions 2 & 3 as graded classwork. Great practice.

Description

This resource contains 3 challenge puzzles in which students will practice working with the angle pairs formed by parallel lines cut by a transversal. Students use their knowledge of the special angle pairs (alternate interior, alternate exterior, corresponding, consecutive interior, consecutive exterior, linear pairs, and vertical angles) to find missing angle measures.

Knowledge of the sum of the angles in a triangle is used throughout all three versions. For version 3, students will need to draw an auxiliary line.

This activity works very well in conjunction with my Geometry Parallel & Perpendicular Lines Unit.
