POOH AND PIGLET BUILD A HOUSE FOR EEYORE
- PDF
Description
It is a cold winter day in the Hundred Acre Wood and Winnie-the-Pooh visits Piglet who isn’t home. He finally finds Piglet at his own home and they agree to go for a walk. Because it is so cold, they sing, hoping their walking and singing will warm them up. They begin to think about their own homes and realize Eeyore doesn’t have a home where he can go when it rains, or sleets, or snows. Their concern leads to the idea of building a house for Eeyore. Piglet knows where there are a bunch of sticks so their plan is activated. With the house finished, and from across the Woods, they hear Owl and go visit him. Will Eeyore like his new home? POOH AND PIGLET BUILD A HOUSE FOR EEYORE answers that question. This high energy, 12-minute, four-actor play can be done by middle or high school students geared to be performed for early elementary students.
