Description
This EDITABLE personal information practice is in INTERACTIVE NOTEBOOK format! Using interactive notebooks for personal information practice will allow you to see the progression of students throughout the year. You can also start out with tracing and larger fonts and then use the smaller fonts or have students copy when they are ready.
You can use either a smaller comprehension notebook or just a standard size notebook.
This is an ADOBE pdf form that you can fill in. You will just enter the student's information in the fields and they will auto-populate for all of the pages. You will do one student at a time though some of the information such as school, teacher, etc. will carry over.
