Tennis

We will start be recapping the rules of tennis and will swiftly start developing the forehand shot and continue to practise the flight, speed and accuracy of it. When confident, the children will do the same with the backhand shot and then again with serving a tennis ball into an opponents court. We will then start playing proper games of tennis, playing doubles and rotating teams according to ability. Will will finish the unit with the whole class on one court playing a fast paced and fun variation to the game of tennis where all children will be competing against each other.
