An easy 2 page parent friendly description of the 7 areas of cognitive processes and 8 areas of achievement areas assessed on an SLD evaluation. It is not a description of the CHC theory, just a easy way to explain to parents in a referral meeting what areas you will be looking at. It will give them the vocabulary to research the areas themselves if they would like.
