What is OREO Opinion Writing?

OREO is an acronym that facilitates students’ writing. It helps them organize their opinion writing into:

- Stating their OPINION

- Providing REASONS for their opinion

- Listing EXAMPLES that explain their reasoning

- Restating their OPINION after they have established their thoughts.

Because OREO Organization provides a structure for a student’s writing, Oreo Opinion Writing can be used at all levels!
