Are you looking for a fun way to teach about Orange Shirt Day, but don't have time to research about it and come up with a creative project?
No problem, this no prep product includes a fully editable Google Slide that introduces students to Orange Shirt Day and guides them through this fun and engaging art project.
Purpose: Students will be creating a social media post inspired by Phyllis Webstad's true story that initiated orange shirt day.
To make it even easier for students to understand the project, I attached various student exemplars.
Just post this presentation on your google classroom for all your online kids and/or present in class.
I assigned it to grade 10-12 students, but younger grades such as 7-9 will enjoy it too.
