Again you can print these at Staples or a printing service for a reasonable price if you don't have a color printer. you can either get this printed on card stock to laminate or you can glue it to foam board backing to make it more durable. It's even cheaper if you use your schools laminator. I had these printed at staples on card stock with no cutting or laminating for around $3.00..
I have created the "check my temp" and "call home" is so you don't have to stop and write a special note out for students to take to the office with them to let the secretary know what they need. Also, some students try to sneak and call home without permission ( like go for a band aid and they call mom instead :).
