  5. "Is This Diet Healthy" Worksheet" and activity, where students will learn 10 questions to ask to see if a diet is healthy or not.
  6. Students research a chosen diet and fill out worksheet
  7. Students will come away with the ability to judge a weight loss plan and be able to answer with conviction the question, "Is this diet healthy?"

DAY 4 + 5. Diet Share Out and Habits:

  1. Students share out their diet scores to class
  2. "Healthy Eating Personal Survey" and follow-up "Goal Sheet"
  3. PowerPoint slides will walk students through information on "HABITS"
  4. Students learn what happens in the brain when habits are formed and how to "trick" your brain into creating a new habit without too much "pain!"
