A nurse pass or health room pass is required at my school. This product has many options for nurse or health room pass templates. These passes have been a game changer to communicate with the nurse and health room staff! There are also options of color or black and white.
What's Included:
- Full page nurse/health room passes
- Half page passes
- Quarter page passes
- Black and white and color options
How to use:
- Print the template of your choice. If you want to skip writing your name on every pass, then write your name on the passes and then make copies. That way you only fill in the student's name, date, and injury/illness.
- Cut passes if using half or quarter pages
- Place in sub tub or somewhere in your classroom where they are easily accessible
This also holds students accountable for what they tell their teacher versus what they say when they get to the nurse's office.
