Number Talks Teacher Data Pack

This is a series of 3 documents that will help classrooms develop and progress their mathematical thinking. The first piece is a blank anchor chart to record your students thinking. The second piece is a Number Talks Questioning Cheat Sheet. This will help you when you are in the middle of a number talks and need questions to facilitate the talk. The final piece is a recording and planning piece With this document you can record the types of strategy and reasoning your students are using, which students need a reteach, what plan type/level of reteach they need. This will also be a place to record the whole class progress to determine when to move forward or go back and review as a whole group. Happy Learning!
