What educators are saying

Once we get into learning numbers from 20-100, I like to have a variety of ways to expose the students to those numbers. Although this is labeled special education, it works well for Kindergarten. It is a well created product.
I have many students with counting goals for their IEPs. This resource is a great way to give them options of ways they can practice these skills.

Description

Our Grade 1 Number Sense Activities - Whole Numbers to 50 - Represent and Compare includes a variety of fun and engaging activities to support grade 1 students in learning their whole numbers up to 50. Grade 1 Number Sense is an enormous unit and this package will help you build an important foundation.

All of these activities follow the Grade 1 Expectation: Represent, compare, and order whole numbers to 50, using a variety of tools (ten frames, base ten materials, and tallies). This resource is fantastic for all students ranging from kindergarten to grade 2. I have been using this resource in a primary autism classroom. My students need a lot of practice and repetition - these activities are great for that! There are so many activities in this resource which makes it perfect for centers, homework, group activities, and desk work!
