Nonsense Word Fluency Practice, CCVC, CVCC(blends), CVCe(silent e), digraphs

Looking for a way to build fluency and mastery with CVCe, blends, digraphs, and trigraphs? These nonsense word fluency assessments build confidence and show progress with your students. Quickly and easily collect data, discover whether your students are sight reading words or truly understanding how to decode long vowel "silent e", blends, digraphs, and trigraphs.  

Age appropriate pages, available with or without clipart images. Use with older readers who need phonics practice but not the clipart.

Great for progress monitoring for IEP goals, progress reports, interventions and RTI. These help you understand if your students are truly learning the phonics sounds, blends, digraphs, trigraphs or just memorizing words. This helps identify which students are sight reading,  which have mastered the skill and which students need intervention. The CVCe and CVC pages will help you monitor your students' understanding of silent (magic) e and how it changes short vowel sounds to long vowel sounds. 

These are great for small groups, intervention reading groups, writing and monitoring IEP goal progress. If you have students in the RTI process, this is great data tracking for progress towards interventions.  Great for differentiated instruction for extra phonics practice.
