Speech and Language Therapy No Prep Game Companions and Toy Companions

Use these print and go speech therapy worksheets with your preschool and school aged students to target articulation, phonology, apraxia of speech, verbs, pronouns, concepts, wh questions, and more!

Use for speech and language therapy for speech homework, as a mixed group activity, or a last day of speech activity!

Pair these speech therapy game and toy companions with your favorite speech therapy ressrouces to get a tonne of trials in your speech language therapy sessions. This print and go resource is perfect for preschool, kindergarten, and early elementary students!

Each game/toy includes black + white versions and color versions (and includes a customizable sheet so you can use your own specific words!). These companions are designed for the busy SLP to use as a grab and go resource to target any goal with common toys and games.

Here's you how can use them:

✨ A simple craft of cut/color/paste of getting the cards ready before we take turns in the game (twice the practice!)

✨ Sending completed or blank sheets home for homework

✨ Prepping the strips with the student and then play a few games with the pieces (it's so easy to reuse between games).

✨Mixed Groups: Give each student a strip + card with their individual goal on it and play a game together.

How to incorporate these into a session:

✨Use it all session: Have your student color or cover the targets with erasers. Practice during that time. Practice while cutting out the squares. Practice while gluing the squares and then practice during the game. Hello...... 300 easy trials!

✨Use for warm up/wind down: Get in +++ trials at the beginning or end of your session.

✨Game day!: Play multiple games with your strips. Once they are cut and ready to go - grab any (and as many) games as you and your student want and have fun! You won't believe how many trials you get!

✨Within your session: You can set up your session with a book,open ended scenes, the game, and a sensory bin.

For your kids who don't love to color, you can use the color version of the strips or using the customizable companion (you can write any targets you want!).

My favourite part of this is that the students can pick ANY game they want to play and I can just grab this binder and target allll the goals! (It's also super easy to store everything in a binder for the ultimate grab and go activity).
