This product contains a novel guide and all related resources for teaching Nightjohn by Gary Paulsen. The guide contains a prereading WebQuest, chapter-by-chapter questions, quizzes, activities, writing prompts, and projects for using Nightjohn in the classroom.

This is the perfect novel to study for Black History Month or any unit that covers slavery in American History.

  • A prereading Webquest that helps students build background knowledge about the author and time period of the novel. (answer key is included)
